PCBDD was formed with the understanding that individuals with developmental disabilities, and their families, often could use some help or guidance navigating the complex systems involved in being approved and finding services.

About Us

The Perry County Board for the Developmentally Disabled (formerly known as the Senate Bill 40 Board) is a Perry County political subdivision which is enabled by the citizens of Perry County to provide and/or contract for services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Perry County Board for the Developmentally Disabled (PCBDD) was established by the Perry County Commission in accordance with Missouri Statutes 205.968-205.972 and is responsible for the administration of PCBDD taxes collected within Perry County, Missouri.

Targeted Case Management

Understanding the need for local case management services, PCBDD developed a Targeted Case Management (TCM) agency for developmentally disabled individuals called County Disability Resources (CDR). This service is commonly known as Support Coordination
