Executive Director
Mike Buck
Mr. Buck just joined the PCBDD organization in September 2025. He brings with him over 25 years of leadership and management experience.
He provides overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the organizations mission. Mike also ensures ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration. In his role as executive director, he seeks to build upon the board’s involvement with strategic direction for ongoing local operations.
