Who We Are
The Perry County Board for the Developmentally Disabled (PCBDD) is a local governmental entity responsible for administering county funds for the development and operation of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. PCBDD is commonly referred to as the Senate Bill 40 or SB40 Board. In June 2008, members of the SB40 Board chose to change the Board’s name to Perry County Board for the Developmentally Disabled as part of an ongoing effort to modernize and develop new services.
PCBDD typically holds a meeting at 1404 Corporation Lane in Perryville, Missouri. In accordance with the Missouri Sunshine Law, the public is invited to attend all PCBDD board meetings, which normally occur every 3rd Friday of each month beginning at 8 a.m.

Targeted Case Management
Targeted Case Management (TCM) is a service offered by PCBDD. This service is more commonly referred to as Support Coordination. In June 2008, PCBDD entered into a partnership with the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and the Sikeston Regional Office whereas PCBDD would provide Support Coordination services in Perry, New Madrid and Pemiscot Counties. County Disability Resources (CDR) is who delivers these important services.
